Building off damp proof liquid membrane

Any reason you want to use this rather than DPC..??? The mortar below needs to be dry so you will be waiting a week before you can paint it on - and the blocks need to be dry too..!

I've put DPC under the floor beams but wanted to have another slightly higher up too where the radon/DPM will be. I'm not 100% happy with the DPC under the beams as when moving them into position, there's every chance they may be scratched/scored - so I'd rather be 100% happy. I may use both a normal DPC and liquid
