Knocking down existing bungalow in essex to be replaced with 1.5 storey home. Hoping to build with ICF and make as energy efficient as possible. I've just about finished our ICF - you know 'finished' as 90% done, 10% left to do - and that 10% takes shed-loads of the work. Decided on your ICF yet? Have only heard positive things and I think there is a benefit of having the supplier 10 mins away. But still to be decided. Any recommendations, things to look for/watch out for?
