Apparently the human body "at rest" produces around 0.1 kWh but this can increase significantly when active. I'll stand corrected of course.

The temperature got to 18.1 by 9 PM.

Shame the outside temperature sensor has stopped working (again), but it was not cold.  I usually turn my heating on when the mean daily temperature goes below 10°C.

 

If people eat 2000 kCal a day, that is 2.3 kWh, a professional cyclist will eat 5000 kCal a day, 5.8 kWh.  Can see why they are all sweaty.
