Boiler help …..so confused!!

Hey all - I know nothing about boilers or how they work so need some advice. 

 

I need a system boiler to run 2 bathrooms (3 in future) 7 rads and a 3.5kw UFH system covering 100m2 downstairs. 

Problem is I don’t have space for the unvented cylinder tank that come with the system boilers. I thought a large weighted 35kw combi would be ok but I don’t want to risk it. Doing the research I have seen that valiant and viesmann do an equivalent system boiler ‘in a box’ eg the viesmann 111 which is a storage combi boiler. 

Anyone have experience of these and recommend what would be the best one to get?? Any recommendations more than helpful. Thanks appreciated

I have a combi and had three showers running tonight at the same time.

 

Not using this system, but something similar done in a different way.  Some food for thought.
