Hi all,

what would you recommend as to the most effcient and easiest way to connect to a 160mm pvc maiin with a 110mm soil pipe that complies with water board inspection critera?  a link to a product would be great as (a long time aago for me) i think we used saddle connectors but i assume tech has changed but then old is gold!

Thanks all

Regards

Are you talking about breaking into a main sewer run ..?

If so, and depending on the sewerage provider, you can’t use a saddle. You can only use a saddle above 300mm, you need to use a 45 degree branch running into the flow, and it has to enter above the centre line of the sewer.

You also can’t do this yourself. You need to use an approved contractor.
