Morning All!   It’s my first post on here (so be patient with me please!), but I have been lurking in the shadows for a while now!   My wife and I (& our 2 daughters) currently live in a grade II listed gate keeper’s lodge (conservation area) which has been subject to some terrible building work in the past (leaky flat roof extension…). We’re in the process of trying to secure planning permission to drop the extension and build something which is sympathetic to its surrou
