As my pan was non Geberit I had to go off piste with the fixing detail. I was paranoid about the pan material sitting on the metal bolt threads. I used the clear sleeves and a length of plastic conduit:

Geberit one is just a threaded rod - that’s it . Part of the reason the pan can wobble because they can wobble a bit .

Currently in geberit phone queue . “ Your position is 2 “ - relevant for a wc supplier I guess .

It is done !

I still reckon it will move a bit . But once the ct1 has gone off I guess it will be fine . I’m going to blame the textured tiles causing the issue . 2mm packer in plastic wedged in the back underneath  When I remove it though I reckon the pan might drop ...

Remove it when ct1 cured ; then put back in ?

After you have screwed in the studs did you wind the lock nut down tight to the frame, there should be a nut you wind down to lock the stud to the frame.

Not sure exactly what you mean ?

Those thread bars just screw in - no lock nut or nothing . Geberit confirmed they wobble a few mm ....

There should be an m10 nut that screws all the way down that thread and locks the stud against the blue frame.

You sure ???

The instructions don’t show this and I don’t remember seeing it with all the parts . But will double check tomorrow!!!

Not on my Geberit Kappa UP200 frame:

Pretty sure mines the same . I am correct the plastic sleeves are just protection yes ? They don’t stay on for install ? ( though they do make the bolt more rigid )

As aforementioned and repeated below I left mine on and slipped PVC conduit over my studs. The thickness of the sleeve plus the conduit brings it up level to the bfo plastic retaining washer that came with the Geberit kit. Mind I had big holes in my pan to "fill":

Interesting to see under the pan how the end of the zinc plated studs have rusted (couldn't get it to focus):

Regarding geberit wobble fixings .

The instructions that come with the pan suggest nothing .

Some ‘bits’ left over from the frame do fit that bolt thread .

Currently trying to find the other frame bits and instructions- which I’ve put somewhere ‘safe’ I.e I can’t find them !!

Same bits I had with my Geberit frame.

You still got the box the frame came in? There'll be a long number on there like:

111.799.00.1

Nah that’s long gone . I’ll find the invoice then I should be able to contact geberit ( or the frame supplier ) for the bits . So annoyed ! Wouldn’t throw them out !! Grrrrrr
