You need to register to read the full article... but I'd say the flaw in the english system of under-funding public sector services to allow private sector companies to carry out statutory duties is always going to end in massive failure

Take lots of photos of anything you cover up just in case you need to switch back to the LABC.

Lol. I have a horrible feeling they were inspecting one of our jobs. Local bc have had to take over a lot of jobs and are not happy about it. Luckily we take lots of photos and they know us well
